  • Drive the expansion-growth of EastNets’ market share and presence through sales activities with clients/prospects in Europe, Russia & CIS region and through its partner network.  
  • Develop and implement account plan activities in the assigned region.
  • Sell solutions to existing customer base and to prospects and achieve set sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, recommend actions to serve customer needs.
  • Achieve quarter and annual targets.
  • Identify revenue opportunities within customer’s communities.
  • Work closely with presales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Develop partner network in the region.  
  • Masters degree or equivalent work experience in IT or Finance Sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience working with financial institutions or IT/consulting companies that deal with financial institutions (banks, clearing houses, brokerage, etc.).
  • Proven success in sales.
  • Business development and consultative selling experience.
  • Previous experience in the field of compliance and payments is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel in Europe, Russia & CIS region.
  • Strong inter-personal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and commitment.
  • Independent, driver, team player, results-oriented.
  • Fluency in German and English. Knowledge in other languages is a plus.
