Hazem Mulhim - CEO & Founder

Having held senior management positions for the past 25 years, Hazem has proven his ability to establish and expand a business structure according to market needs. He has demonstrated the ability to build a new business, introduce new products, penetrate new markets, build various alliances and partnerships, and has successfully implemented projects around the globe.

Hazem was educated in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the Higher Institute for Mechanical & Electronic Engineering. There, he earned his Masters of Science in Electronics Engineering and Medical Electronics. He also earned a Certificate of Advanced Management Program (AMP) from INSEAD, Fontainebleau in France.

Fahed Abu Hijleh - Chief Sales Officer

Fahed is EastNets’ CSO since March 2011 however, he has been employed with EastNets since 1992 and assumed different managerial and leadership positions during the last 20 years. In his various roles in Sales , Business Development, and Management, Fahed has consistently met or exceeded his targets. During his journey with EastNets, he always performed up to the management expectations in all positions during both flourishing and also tough times. Fahed’s role is to plan and manage profitable direct and indirect Sales operations for the whole EastNets group.

Fahed is a business oriented professional who holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Assuit University, Egypt, majoring in Accounting. He also attended the Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) management program at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. His finance and accounting background combined with his sales, networking, and entrepreneurship skills lead to a successful career in business development and sales operations.

Lina Hediah - Chief Information Officer

Lina is an Information Technology professional, whose experience is in an array of technologies and systems in the field of financial Services, enterprise solutions and internet solutions. Lina has vast experience in the development, implementation and deployment of information systems. With proven abilities to put together and manage strong Information Communication Technologies (ICT) teams guaranteeing the continuous and smooth operation and progress in back office and real time environments, her specialist skill areas include STP (straight through processing) related technologies, order management systems, trading systems and connectivity solutions.

Lina started her journey in the world of IT from the University in Cairo, where she received her degree in Physics with a specialization in solid state electronics and went on to Harvard University where she graduated in the Program in Applied Mathematics and Physics.

Rajeev Agarwal - Chief Financial Officer

Rajeev Agarwal is the Chief Financial Officer at EastNets, and oversees the company’s financial functions. Rajeev is a Canadian national holding a CPA from US, CGA from Canada, CISA (US) and is a CA. He is a seasoned senior level financial executive in the industry, with more than 19 years of professional and managerial experience. Previously, Rajeev was a CFO at OceanLake Commerce Inc., as well as Vice President, Finance for Dyadem International, a QLM & process risk management software company. Prior to that, he was Senior Director (Finance) at Workbrain Inc., a workforce management software company. In addition he held various progressive positions at Changepoint Corporation and Cybermation Inc. He is based at the headquarters in the UAE.
