Job Description
The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, handling customers’ needs and generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
Responsibilities & Duties
1. Sell Eastnets products, building client relationships with the assigned existing customer base and the generated accounts to achieve targets.
2. Manage Eastnets products application sales process from prospect to deal completion and collection.
3. Initiate and follow up with customers to sell or resolve problems
4. Prepare and present proposals. Position Eastnets solutions to meet customer requirements.
5. Own and execute the RFI/RFP process.
6. Conduct meetings with clients under the account manager's responsibilities.
7. Achieve quarter and annual targets.
8. Respond to requests from customers for information, including managing the vendor audit process.
9. Engage in technical discussions with potential clients, demonstrations and presentations.
10. Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the infrastructure and financial industries.
11. Use and update CRM effectively and provide a competitive advantage.
12. Maintain the security of the information, devices and systems that Eastnets, and its personnel, customers and partners use.
13. Protect Eastnets business information and any customer, supplier or partner information within its custody by safeguarding its confidentiality, integrity and availability.
14. Adhere to and comply with Eastnets internal security policies, Code of Ethics, Non-Disclosure Policy, Non-Compete Policy, Email Policy, Proprietary Rights Acknowledgement, Background check Policy, and all other internal policies and employee handbook.
15. Participate in the company’s wide initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, IT, or another related major.
2. Minimum three years of experience in the sales of software applications (preferably banking applications).
3. Have successfully participated in sales teams, and with proven sales track record.
4. Hands-on knowledge of the association’s needs and capabilities.
5. Understanding of the payments industry, compliance and risk management
6. Excellent formal presentation skills in both small and large groups.
7. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application is a strong plus.
8. CAMS certification is a plus
