Job Description:
The Pre-Sales Consultant at Eastnets provides technical consultancy to support the sales team in presenting solutions to clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, demonstrating solutions, addressing technical queries, and assisting in proposal development. The consultant plays a key role in ensuring alignment between customer needs and Eastnets’ solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with product knowledge and technical insights.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposal scoping.
- Prepare responses to RFPs and technical documentation.
- Provide input into product development based on market and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architect role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of fintech and compliance solutions is preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
