Job Description
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for proactively managing and delivering end-to-end implementation projects for Eastnets customers. He/she will own the project and deliver to customers within a defined time while meeting all the quality and budget requirements.
The Implementation Project Manager will act as a single point of contact between customers and the teams involved at Eastnets, ensuring smooth and clear communication between all stakeholders. Success in this role will depend on the candidate’s ability to manage the resolution of complex problems with the assistance of Eastnets supporting players. He/she is expected to always reflect Eastnets professionalism, as well as mentor the engaged teams to follow through.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, features/functionality, and budget.
Prepare resource schedules & project plans. -
Establish a risk/issues management strategy that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the project’s life cycle.

Execute established policies and procedures for the project, e.g. quality assurance and communication plan.

Maintain the Master Project Plan to include a communication plan and the stakeholders’ registers while maintaining the master project schedule.

Collect, review and publish project status with regard to resources, schedule (time), stakeholder management, and features (the solution and its quality) that influence project performance and completion.

Follow the processes published by Eastnets PMO in project delivery.

Anticipate customer requests and feedback and prepare contingency plans.

Own and manage the resolution of complex business and technical issues arising during project implementation.

Monitor the resource usage in the project’s scope and coordinate with sales to initiate new potential opportunities.

Identify any possible sales opportunities and coordinate with sales.

Maintain weekly reporting with management and other internal stakeholders.

Prepare project reports to customers where and when required.

Manage the project’ teams.

Manage customer escalations while maintaining customer satisfaction and minimizing the related overhead on the internal teams.

Ensure the handling of customer portfolios and relationships, in cooperation with territory sales managers.

Participate in setting internal procedures that enhance deliveries to customers.

Participate in setting internal as well as customer priorities to ensure the success of projects.

Analyze project profitability and recommend corrective measures for future projects.

Maintain the security of the information, devices and systems that Eastnets, and its personnel, customers and partners use.

Protect Eastnets business information and any customer, supplier or partner information within its custody by safeguarding its confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Adhere to and comply with Eastnets internal security policies, Code of Ethics, Non-Disclosure Policy, Non-Compete Policy, Email Policy, Proprietary Rights Acknowledgement, Background Check Policy, and all other internal policies and employee handbook.

Participate in the company’s wide initiatives.
Requirements

8+ years of experience in the IT industry, especially in managing payments implementation projects.

Proficiency in English.
-
Proven verbal and writing communication skills.
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent degree.

Competency in analytical problem solving, customer/partner relationships, product & technology expertise, and project scheduling.

Experience in payments solutions.
-
Experience in banking solutions.
-
PMP certification.
-
MBA or EMBA is a plus.

Demonstrate leadership on how project coordination is structured.

Provide support and mentoring for project members and establish good working relationships with other organizational units.

Familiarity with AI technologies and their application is a strong plus.
