Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager to join our team and spearhead our efforts in driving digital marketing initiatives and generating high-quality leads.
You will be joining Eastnets at an exciting time of growth. As our Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager, you will be a key player in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a primary focus on lead generation. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and convert leads into customers.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, digital channels, fintech industry trends, and a proven track record in lead generation. You will be a self-starter, and prepared to take ownership of this great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development

Formulate and execute a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, with a specific emphasis on lead generation.

Identify key trends and opportunities in the compliance and fraud prevention space to inform strategic decision-making.
Content Marketing

Work with the team to develop compelling and industry-relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies, with a focus on driving lead engagement.
SEO, SEM & GEO

Optimize website content for search engines and AI platforms to improve organic visibility and generate inbound leads.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Lead Generation

Design and implement highly targeted lead generation strategies leveraging digital channels and collaborative efforts with Eastnets sales teams, and partners.

Implement and manage marketing automation processes to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Deploy Account Based Marketing tactics to select accounts.
Email Marketing

Oversee the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns designed to generate and nurture leads effectively.

Analyze email performance metrics and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
Social Media Management

Utilize marketing technology, including AI and automation tools to streamline and optimize digital marketing processes, with a focus on enhancing lead generation, conversion and acceleration efforts.

Stay abreast of the latest Martech trends and tools, implementing new solutions to maximize lead conversion.
Martech Expertise

Utilize marketing technology, including AI and automation tools to streamline and optimize digital marketing processes, with a focus on enhancing lead generation, conversion and acceleration efforts.

Analytics and Reporting

Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.

Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably within the fintech industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, GEO, email, and social media.

Experience in designing and executing successful lead generation strategies, collaborating with sales teams.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Martech expertise with the ability to leverage technology for marketing efficiency.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
