Job Description:
The Technical and Functional Presales Consultant's will be the essential link between the clients on one hand and the sales account managers on the other hand, as well as managing internal communications with the technical teams, software development, product management, marketing, implementation engineers, product and customer support.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage requests by clients and sales managers, including responding to proposals, giving remote or on-site product demos or training, following up on technical questions, and more.
  • Address client issues proactively. 
  • Provide technical expertise to sales managers and to clients in the form of technical support, training and documentation. 
  • Give remote or on-site product demos, focused on client needs and with commercial acumen.
  • Give solutions training or consultancy, remotely or on-site with empathy.
  • Work with client or account manager to ascertain and define scope of work required. 
  • Advise and educate clients to increase business efficiency.
  • Contribute to & lead the RFP and proposals process.
  • Work closely with project team members on client specific initiatives. 
  • Troubleshoot business issues. 
  • Maintain demo tools for sales managers up to date per solution, and enhance the tools.
  • Keep abreast of market and solutions changes in the payments and AML world.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in consultancy, IT and/or the banking industry.
  • BSc. in Business Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Works in a team and has a good IT technical understanding.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and quality control methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of program management tools, systems and procedures. 
  • Strong presentation skills with attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Willing to travel in Europe, Russia & CIS.
  • At ease in client contacts and demos/meetings in large groups.
  • Team player, flexible and creative, self-learner.
  • Customer focused.
  • Able to operate and work alone at client site.
  • Good communication skills in English and French.
