Job Description: 

The candidate will fill a product strategy and implementation position. She/he will have an established experience in the financial industry, preferably focused on compliance and payments. The broad requirements for the position include the development and implementation of a product roadmap, including concept documents for new product ideas. This entails devising a market-inspired product vision within EastNets’ overall strategy to fulfill real and projected market needs and requirements. Key requirements include deeper understanding of financial regulations on a global scale, knowledge of financial standards, policies and solutions related to anti-money laundering (AML), financial risk management and payments, as well as SWIFT.


  • Develop product specification documents, corresponding to an agreed roadmap, in coordination with the Technical Product Manager. The job requires expertise in software product design elements, including high-level design issues, such as components and technologies. 
  • Prepare release plans in coordination with software development department and implement release roll-out checklist.
  • Manage processes that ensure proper and on-time launch. 
  • Expert-level knowledge of assigned products/services, and an ability to support the sales effort to achieve their quota.
  • Develop sales collaterals content, presentation, brochure, case study, and other positioning documents, and maintain updates. 
  • Support sales in developing standard proposals. 
  • Review and input on price lists.        
  • Own the business part of RFP.         
  • Utilize the product/service development process to bring products/services to market and coordinate with software development department on status of development of release in coordination with the Technical Product Manager. ·        
  • Monitor the performance of sales teams in various branches for specific product sales achievement and ensures their concentration of efforts to achieve product sales targets. The Product Manager monitors the  pipeline and follows up periodically with sales on opportunities.         
  • Carry out functional testing before general availability of release after having confirmation from QA department that all test scenarios were applied successfully. 
  • Participate in and follow up release rollout process by taking responsibility for product management related tasks. 
  • Review QA test scenarios.         
  • Provide business test scenarios for newly introduced functions to give the QA the guidance to test these new functionalities.   
  • Review business analysis documents when needed,  Product Manager may be asked to carry out the business analysis. 


  • Familiarity with all stages of the product lifecycle. 
  • Knowledge and experience in gathering and analyzing competitive market data within a research format. such as user/customer feedback, competitive intelligence, SWOT analysis, global regulatory intelligence.
  • Conceptual knowledge of how cross-functionalities produce core enterprise advantages.     
  • Document customer needs and requirements and translate into product features.  


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and technical/professional experience.       
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.   
  • Knowledge in product management skills. 
  • +3 Years experience in financial industry preferably in banking.
  • Strong managerial skills.   
  • CAMS Certification.          
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.    
  • SCRUM agile product management) methodology.
