Job Description:

The Country Sales Accounts Manager reports to the GCC Operations Director, and will be responsible for developing executive plans for sales in her/his assigned territory in accordance to company strategic plans, which ensure that sales targets are achieved.


  • Bachelor degree in any of the following fields: Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, computer engineering, Finance.
  • 6-12 years of experience in sales of software applications (preferably banking applications).          
  • Well informed on the Kuwaiti Marketplace. 
  • Proven sales experience, consistently meeting targets.
  • Understanding of the payment, compliance and risk-management industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams.
  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • CAMS certification is a plus.   


            • Promoting and selling EastNets solutions in accordance to a national sales plan. 
            • Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
            • Achieves sales targets for the assigned territory.
            • Develops sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory.
            • Provides recommendations on alternative product strategies utilizing market feedback and research
            • Projecting expected sales volumes for existing and new products.
            • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
            • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
            • Effectively communicates the value proposition through proposals and presentations.       
            • Achieves sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts.
            • Negotiates agreements for contracts with clients and ensuring commerciality.
            • Seeks out major clients and builds working relationships with the premier buyers in the assigned territory.
            • Builds partnerships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
            • Prepares proposals.
            • Follow up, ownership, and responsibility for customer’s post sale.
            • Coordinates user group meetings to raise product awareness and achieve other marketing goals.
            • Communicates product development and enhancements to clients and prospects.
            • Reports customer requirements and product successes/failures to the team.
            • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
            • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
            • Presenting sales results to management when needed.
            • Ensuring the CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage.  

                    Working Conditions:

                    • Fulltime.
                    • Work requires travel for trade show events, meetings and conferences.
